Emma graduated from Bristol University in 2014 and spent a few years working for a busy practice in South Devon before returning to the city. She locumed for the emergency team here at Rowe and liked us so much that when the opportunity arose for a permanent position in 2020 she decided to stay. She enjoys the variety of work that the twilight shifts bring, as well as the lie-ins!
Away from work Emma is a keen gardener and pianist, and plays the bassoon for local orchestras. She has a small rescue cat, who was brought into her previous practice after being found under a hedge in the rain at 4 weeks old, as well as a flock of very bossy chickens.
