Natalie Willson

Originally from Bournemouth, Natalie moved to Bristol in 2015 and has never looked back! Feeling unfulfilled working in admin roles she decided to pursue a career with animals and started a BSc (Hons) in Veterinary Nursing Science at Hartpury University. Studying alongside being a mum to twowonderful young children Natalie was thrilled to achieve a first in 2022.

She joined Rowe in February 2022 as a twilight care assistant, moving to the nursing team later that year. She is now one of the twilight veterinary nurses with the Emergency Veterinary team. She enjoys working in a hospital setting and is passionate in helping to nurse inpatients back to health. She has completed bereavement training to support owners through difficult times and considers mental health and wellbeing a crucial aspect of the job. She hopes to continue improving her medical nursing and exotics skills over the next few years.

In her own time Natalie enjoys going on adventures with her partner, children, and their beloved dog Bumpy as well as caring for their guinea pigs, gaming and horse ridin
