Wotton-under-Edge Veterinary Surgery

The Wotton-under-Edge surgery has a range of facilities available for dogs and cats. The surgery has achieved the highest possible accreditation by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, which means that your pet will always receive the highest standards of care.

There is now an MRI facility available on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are committed to making sure everyone can utilise our facilities. Our doors are open to all clients between the hours below for i.e. telephone calls, collection of medication/food, shop purchases, support and advice. 

8:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday  

9:00am – 1:00pm Saturdays

All other times, and overnight, emergencies are seen at the Rowe Veterinary Hospital in Bradley Stoke. The phone will always be personally answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of an emergency, we recommend where possible that you phone us to let us know you're on you way.

• Telephone calls always personally answered by our friendly reception and nursing staff
• Dedicated operating theatres equipped with the latest technology
• MRI with anaesthetic facilities
• Purpose-built radiotherapy unit for the treatment of hyperthyroidism in cats
• Digital x-ray equipment including dental x-ray
• If only they could talk and tell us what is wrong - ultrasound scanning to aid diagnosis
• Advanced anaesthesia facilities including blood pressure monitoring, pulse oximetry and electrocardiography
• Isolation ward
• Retail area where you can choose from a wide range of pet foods and accessories. If we don't have the item that you require, we can order it in for you.
