Lydia graduated as a veterinary surgeon in 2014 from Cambridge University. Since graduating, she has worked at busy, small animal practices in Swindon and Bristol, as well as spending time volunteering at a charity clinic in Fiji. Lydia is currently studying towards a certificate in small animal medicine, but she enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice. She volunteers on the South West British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA) committee, helping to organise regional CPD. Outside work, she is a qualified Rainbow leader in the Girl Guide Association and enjoys travelling and playing the piano. Lydia adopted a stray black cat called Monty soon after graduating. He is a wonderful cat, despite stealing any unattended food!
