Debbie started out in the veterinary world in Kingston upon Thames in 1989 as a trainee veterinary nurse. She qualified as a nurse from Berkshire College of Agriculture in 1992 and spent the following 8 years nursing, before going to Edinburgh Vet school in 2000. After graduating in 2005, she worked in mixed animal practice in Devon for a year, before moving to purely small animal practice, where she has worked for the last 10 years.
Debbie have a particular interest in medicine cases and would like to further her career in emergency/critical care work. When she's not at work, Debbie is kept very busy by her pony mad twin girls, Labrador, 2 cats and vegetable garden. Any real time she gets to relax, is spent walking along Cornish beaches and exploring rock pools.
