Marcella Perversi qualified from Turin Vet School, Italy in 1996.

Marcella has worked in small animal practice in Italy, Spain and UK in the last 10 years. Since moving to Devon in 1999 Marcella started to work for the Battery Hens Welfare Trust as a Charity vet and is a member of the Charity Committee. She joined RVG in February 2008 as an Emergency Veterinary Surgeon.

Marcella lives with her son Jack , 6 cats,1 dog, 1 ferret, 5 chickens and the occasional "rescued" wild bird!

She spends her spare time gardening, hiking and studing psychology'
