Brian Patterson

Brian graduated from the Edinburgh School of Veterinary Studies 1996 and worked
in a predominantly small animal practice for one year before taking up an
intern position at the Liphook Equine Hospital, Hampshire, for two years.
There then followed two years of ambulatory equine practice in Sussex at the
Arundel equine hospital before returning to Scotland to undertake a
residency program in equine medicine, with special reference to
ophthalmology in conjunction with the companion animal ophthalmology
referral service. Brian received the certificate in veterinary ophthalmology in
2003 and am currently working towards a masters degree based on veterinary
ophthalmology.

Outside of work any free time allows for muddy walks with my five year old
Springer spaniel and marathon training and running.
