Equine Newsletter Jan 2003 We have a new veterinary surgeon in the practice joining Richard Rowe and Rebecca Sherman bringing the number of dedicated horse vets in the Equine Department up to three. This should ensure that you can access an equine vet whenever required. Helen Rowe has now retired after 30 years of dedicated service to this practice. We wish her a long happy and healthy retirement. Catherine Oxtoby Catherine qualified from Bristol University in June 2000 and has worked in Norfolk and Shropshire for the past 2 years, doing mainly horse work in mixed practices. Catherine was born in Bristol and has always loved the area so to finally be back in this part of the world is a real bonus. Its been a busy year so far - moving jobs, house hunting and she recently got engaged. Outside work she seems to spend a large amount of time walking her mad border collie but she enjoys most things out of doors - riding, biking, sailing, skiing - she'll give most things a go. She also loves cooking and having friends round - when they are brave enough to try what she's concocted! |
